You submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in State of Maryland with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with the Site or from a dispute as to the interpretation or breach of this Agreement. Any cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site and this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.

INTERNATIONAL USE

SEVERABILITY; INTEGRATION
